1. Medical Disclaimer

This website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

⚠️ EMERGENCY WARNING: If you or a loved one is facing a medical emergency, unconsciousness, overdose, or severe withdrawal seizures, DO NOT use this website. Call an ambulance or visit the nearest hospital emergency room immediately.

2. Admission Policy

  • Clinical Assessment: Admission is subject to a preliminary medical and psychological assessment. We reserve the right to refuse admission if the patient requires Intensive Care (ICU) facilities.
  • Consent: A guardian or family member must sign the consent forms during admission. Voluntary patients must sign their own intake forms.
  • Infectious Diseases: Patients must declare any contagious diseases prior to admission for isolation protocols.

3. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe recovery environment, the following are strictly prohibited on our premises:

Alcohol & Drugs
Weapons
Violence
Sexual Misconduct
Unapproved Medicines
Gambling

* Violation of these rules may result in immediate discharge from the program without refund.

4. Payments & Refunds

Treatment fees are payable in advance on a monthly or package basis.

  • Refunds: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except in cases of medical emergencies requiring transfer to a hospital within 48 hours of admission.
  • Additional Costs: Medicines, pathology tests, and external hospital visits are charged separately.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Viventia Foundation strives to provide the highest quality of care, recovery is a personal journey and outcomes vary. We do not guarantee a 100% cure as addiction is a chronic relapsing disease. We are not liable for relapse after discharge, although we provide alumni support to prevent it.
